The specific objectives were to<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>evaluate how job enrichment relate to the measures of employee engagement: dedication and vigour. A cross-sectional survey design was adopted, involving the collection of data from a census of 61 employees at the main branches of four GSM telecommunication firms in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically Pearson\u2019s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMCC), with SPSS version 23 as the analysis tool. The findings revealed positive<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>and<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>significant<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>relationship<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>between<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>job<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>enrichment<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>and dedication,<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>and vigou. The study concluded that non-financial incentives improve employee engagement in telecommunication firms.
